At 2 p.m. on Dec. 9 co-founders of FROST donuts Daniel Sterling and Del Hernandez along with their employees and representatives of Kemper Development, bit into chocolate forested donuts strung along a pink ribbon to celebrate their third location opening and their first in Bellevue. FROST new occupies the space where Tully’s Coffee was previously in Lincoln Square.
